1. 預付款：簽訂外貿(mào)合同時,如果有預付款(ADVANCEPAYMENT)或定金(DOWN PAYMENT)的條款,規(guī)定在簽訂后若干天內(nèi),進口方須支付部分金額(如40%)給出口方. 一旦遭受拒付,因為已收到部分貨款,就掌握了主動權(quán),不論貨物是另找賣主,還是將貨物運回,由此產(chǎn)生的損失,
